1. License to Use

Junkix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer the app or any part of it.
• Use the app for any unlawful, unauthorized, or harmful activity.

2. App Functionality

Junkix is designed to help you tidy and optimize your device by:

• Removing junk and temporary files.
• Detecting and clearing duplicates (photos, videos, contacts).
• Managing storage to improve available space.

You are responsible for reviewing items before deletion. Junkix is not liable for any data loss resulting from your selections or device issues.

3. Subscription & Payments

• Junkix offers in-app purchases for premium features.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Payments are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system (their terms may apply).

4. App Updates & Modifications

Junkix may deliver updates, fixes, or new features. Updates may install automatically, and by using the app you consent to receiving them.

5. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding performance, compatibility, or availability. We are not responsible for any damages arising from use of the app.

6. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive behavior.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, and disputes will be resolved under applicable local laws.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted in the app with the new effective date. Continued use of the app signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
